PERFECT RPOOF CPF-909 WATER SOLUBILITY MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING
- Feature
- CPF - 909 is a water-soluble special synthetic acrylic rubber waterproofing agent in the cream state. After drying, it forms an elastic film with firm and beautiful color and flexibility. Also, after drying, elastic film is excellent product with superior weatherability and chemical resistance.(water, salt, sulfur, phosphorus, ultraviolet rays).

- - Be sure to use the undiluted solution.

- How to use
- 1. Clean the contaminants on the installation site and check that the substrate is fully dry.
2. Apply with brush and roller (Standard application amount 0.3kg / ㎡)
3. After primer coating is completed, first application (based on 1kg / ㎡ for the first application) after at least 4hours (20℃) has elapsed.
4. Cracks larger than 0.5 mm must be filled after U/V cutting and reinforced with non-woven fabric.
5. The second application is to work in a direction that is different *form* the first (0.5kg / ㎡ of the second grade)
6. The third application is to work in a direction that is different *form* the second one (use brushes, rollers, spray (over 165 / bag)).

CHEMDYNE CD - 5000 TILE BOND FOR INTERIOR
- Feature
- - It is easy to apply with acrylic one-component tile adhesive and has good adhesion. It can be used on concrete base and tile on tile.
- Uses
- - Adhesion of inner wall tiles (Ceramic tile inner wall construction of 300x600mm or less)
- Restricted use place : Outside of the building there is moisture, indoor floor (toilet, kitchen etc)
- Precautions
- 1. Please store at 5 ℃ or higher.
2. After applying adhesive, please attach tiles before coating.
3. Please apply 70% or more adhesive to the back of the tile.
4. Do not use on the outside, floor, ceiling, swimming pool, public bath, etc.
5. Do not apply tiles (polishing tiles, etc.) with a water absorption of less than 1%.
6. Please consult with us when constructing special base such as waterproof plywood and plywood.

- How to use
- 1. Apply adhesive over the tile.
- Clean the surface thoroughly.
- The optimal temperature for the surface is 5 ~ 25℃.
- Apply the adhesive to the unevenness of about 7㎜ (standard usage: 2.5 ~ 3kg / ㎡) and finish tiling within 20 minutes.
2. Tile attachment.
- Apply enough pressure to glue the backside of the tile and gently tap it with a rubber mallet if necessary to ensure smoothness of the work surface.
- Use joints to prevent defects caused by contraction or expansion of the material.
